Negatives for using Pepermints for Aiptasia control?

What are the negatives for using pepermint shrimp for aiptasia control?

some, like mine, dont only eat aptasia,,, they pick at anything that they think may taste good.... usually he wont eat a whole zoo or anything else but he has picked a carnation and 2 bta's to death by stressing them out...

I've had great look with p-mints. I had a bunch of aptasia. After introducing a couple of p'mints, the aptasia are all gone! Now the p'mints are huge and are not bothering anyone.

i got 2 of em and they havent eaten a single one yet on the plus side,they do clean my hand when it in the tank.

I got two of them too and it keeps the aiptasia in my tank in check. Didn't bother anything at all.

you could get camels by mistake and have them eat all your mushrooms and other assorted polyps.

i got 4 for my 100G, have not seen ANY of them since we put them in 2 months ago. Since then i have twice the aptasia i had before...? I have searched for over an hour and not found one, however their oltings keep showing up... sneaky little suckers.

Absolutely nothing negative here. Had 2 for a year and a half. Great shrimp for Aiptasia....

Hit or miss.
My peps messed with everything but aptasia.
Don't like em.
Yet my friend had an apt breakout and he got 3 and they took care of alot of apt.
Only thing is, I don't think they fully rid the tank of apt.
I believe they just keep it controlled.
Joes juice would be my first choice

my fish like to eat them... i got 1 to control aiptasia and he got munched on day 1 by my hogfish.
