nem eating frozen cubes

Last night I tossed in frozen mysis cubes. The maroon clown grabbed and fed them to the the rbta. It seems to close up like it normally does and eat it. wondering if this can harm the nem? I usually defrost food, but not always.

If your anemone is healthy it probably won't bother it a bit. I've had this happen several times with no ill effects.

I usually say it's not a good idea to feed food that's still frozen, but I just saw my gig eat a snail that fell off the back wall of my tank, so I guess anything is possible.

I watched my Haddoni eat two puffer fish, including a spiny boxfish with no ill effects.
