Is this a possible S. Gigantea, S. Helianthus or S. Mertens ? It has tan verrucae.

Agree. These Sun anemones do not usually have folds like what we see in the clownfish hosting carpets

Agreed. Apparently a lot have flooded the market in recent months. Some wholesalers only list as Stichodactyla carpet anemone so it's a crapshoot as to what comes in. In the past it's been haddoni, now I've seen more and more helianthus.

While they look neat, many people who purchase them assume that they will host their clowns, not eat them.
