Hey guys. A friend of mine was recently given an entire reef set up by the maintenence man in his apartment complex. Long story short, a tenant moved out in a hurry and left behind his full blown reef unattended for two months. Needless to say what little livestock was still alive is in very bad shape. I am holding all the livestock to try and revive it while he gets the tank set up and cycled. One thing I am trying to save is this anemone that is very badly bleached. It is completely white and its in bad shape. I have theee pictures of it but it is in a tough spot to get a clear shot. Please help me ID it if you can. Thanks

Cool thanks, ive never had a rock anemone. Do they need any special care? I own three bta and have had LTA in the past. I have it on my sandbed attached to a rock directly under my lights right now. I fed it some frozen mysis last night and it ate them so thats a good sign

They dont need anything super special. Dont seem to need a lot of light or any certain flow.

Ive got 7 in my tank, ranging from in the sand to the very top of the tank. I just feed every other day or so.

Ok thanks I appreciate the help. I currently have it on the sandbed 25" below 8x54 watt t5ho lighting. Its mouth has finally closed up so things are seemingly headed in the right direction
