Nem I'd ?

Hopefully you did not tear the foot when removing from rock.
The biggest mistake most make w/ their new nems is simply not leaving it alone, the more you mess w/ it the more it's going to be irritated or risk of doing something to it.
Rolling around tank is not good, no, so try to bury it back, shelter it somewhat w/ a couple rocks to help hold in place, and then just leave it alone best as you can for at least a week.

I used a power head to increase the flow a bit to encourage it to move along. The only time I physically touched it was when I placed it in the hole in the sand and buried it.didn't want to risk ripping it. I did coral it with some rocks to keep it from rolling around. Unfortunately I don't think this ones going to make it. It's ashame I think this one would have been the nicest one in the tank. I never lost one in this manner before. I guess time will tell. But I don't have much hope for it.

Too bad, but don't give up just yet, maybe place something like a strawberry basket to contain it but still allow flow and light.
If it begins to mush pull it.
Maybe you'll get lucky, if not research different nems needs, maybe match naturally to what clowns you keep, and be better prepared.
You might have got luckier if that LTA was placed in sand from the start, but FWIW LTA are more sensitive and harder to recover from bleaching than most others from my exp
