if there are verracue(little pimple looking things) on the top of the column under the oral disc then its a LTA.

It is absolutely BTA. E. quadricolor. Color looks really good, if your "Current tank" info is for the tank it is in you seem to have a good setup for him. Hopefully the water is nice and stable.

How big is it? To me, it can be either H. magnifica or E. quadricolor. Wait a few day and tank a better picture when it fully expanded.
It is not any anemones commony know as LTA or Sebae anemone.
