Neobenedinia host list?

All,

If you have had Neobenedinia fluke infections in your tank, I'm interested in hearing what species of fish were infected for a book project I'm working on. Here is my own list to get you started:

Batfish
Butterflyfish (Chaetodon spp.)
Flame hawkfish
Garden eels
Pomacanthus angelfish
Pyramid butterflyfish
Spadefish
