Neon green toadstool not doing so well

Das awesome

I've had my toadstool for almost 3 months now and even at the lfs, it didn't really polyp out that much but it is pretty small too. Well about 2 weeks ago I upgraded my lighting on my biocube 14 to led's and it never opened after that and started developing this brownish film over it so I put it in a shady spot last week and it still hasn't opened. Is it going to survive? What should I do to help it recover?

high flow to shed... also med to high lighting

The thing is that it was in a high flow area but it was under pc's before so when I switched to led's, it never polyped so I moved it to a shady spot. Should I just put it back under the exposed areas where it will have high flow? I just don't want it to die on me from shock from going from pc's to led's

But would moving it back out to the open be harmful to it? So far my only corals that are adjusting well is an acropora, yumas, duncan and a maxi mini. Everything else is hating it right now since it's such a big jump in lighting for such a small tank.

I have a neon green toadstool that took as much light as you could give it. Other corals would begin to bleach out yet this thing loved it. Still they do great with moderate light as well.
