Neon Red Fungia WOW!

Got an e-mail up-date from an on-line vendor, so I thought I would check to see what they had. I came across a neon red fungia.

But at $500 bucks! WOW! Would you pay that for one?

It's a beautiful piece, but no I wouldn't pay $500 for it.

Hell No!!! 500.00 for that tiny thing. I could find a lot of other stuff that is nicer looking and still have lunch money left for two weeks with that kinda price

It's not for me. There are many I'm sure who would but it and for them the higher price might even make it prettier.

i agree a really nice peice. i can see spending 500 on a peice of equipment to mantain the tank but a itty bitty piece of coral..... nah. to rich for my blood

That is a gorgeous specimine for sure.

I just picked up a sweet deep red fungia for $80 . I have been waiting to get a red fungia for a long time but I didn't want to spend that kind of money...So I waited and asked around until a friend got a shipment in and gave me first pick of the two red fungias available. I will try and post pictures next week when I get back from my trip.

i saw Clint's in person on Sat when i picked some other stuff up it was about 4in across it is the biggest i have ever seen all though he had a green one about twice that size
