Setting up theDynDns account solved all of my problems. I have roadrunner as well. Struggled with it for awhile.
I have an ongoing AC3 post on the clubs home site addressing some of the problems that I had.

so have you set up your router for incoming traffic? what problems are you having? I have my ac3 on road runner. after I can remote access it. then I use reeftronics.net to see it any time I want
my ip hardly ever changes

Here is a link to some instructions. As I remember you have to set up some port forwarding on you router, set up an account with a site like dyndns then enter all the information into whatever device you are trying to access the AC3 with.
If it's a browser you will simply have to type in the address you set up on dyndns. You will be asked to enter your user name and password.

Being said earlier, you will need port forwarding on your wireless router.
As sinistart mentioned. You will get a unique web address which you can type into your browser and use that to access remotely. Just remember that password, save it as cookies or whatever.
I struggled with this whole net setup thing as well, so feel free to ask any/all questions. It was a huge pain for me.
