Neptune Apex and Hydor Pumps

I just set up a Apex controller it is working great but I am having one problem. I have two Hydor Koralia 1 400gph pumps that I am trying to control, the Apex will turn them on however it will not turn them off, if I plug in a differnt pump into the same outlet without changing the settings the other pump starts and stops no problem. Are the Koralia 1's incompatable with the Apex controller?

Try plugging them into outlets 4 and 8 on your EB8. The other six outlets can have trouble shutting off very low-wattage loads, and those Koralias are very low wattage. Outlets 4 and 8 are relays, and should have no issues.

Also, if you are new to the Apex, read the Unofficial User's Guide that is stickied at the top of the forum. It has a lot of useful info.

Just a personal opinion, but I would look into a Vortex MP10 or some real small Tunze pumps. You'll not only get more control, but in my opinion have a better water mover.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try outlets 4 and 8, I was not using those for the pump when I was setting it up I had them plugged into outlet #3.
I am new to Apex so I will look at the unofficial guide.
