The new Apex Jr. was just announced 4/2 at the Marine Aquarium Expo by Neptune Systems. Premium Aquatics is very excited with this new offering in the Apex lineup, which let's hobbyists have a lot of features found in the more expensive Apex and Apex Lite in a much more budget friendly unit. Anticipated shipping date is early to mid June.

Starting at $149.95 the new Apex Jr. will be the hot controller for those budget minded hobbyists!

There is still no concrete date on these yet, I apologize. The last we heard a month ago was end of May / beginning of June.

from my understanding you can just grab an energy bar and plug it in via aquabus
