Neptune Apex question???

I hook up my Apex to the internet (WIFI) and it works great. The one issue im having is that once I leave my house and go to the site on my android phone it wont let me check my controller.

What do I need to do to have access all the time?

it's a few things, port forwarding, which a tutorial is here

and also your ISP likely has a dynamic DNS, which changes your DNS every so often, you'll need to sign up for a free DDNS service (I use DYNDNS)

I'm having issues with my apex it communicates with display and I programmed the EB8 but I plugged in the Ethernet cable apex to router and another from my lap top to the router. My lap top runs windows 7. I'm not much of a computer guy and I'm an apex rookie, can someone please help me? If any one is from the San Angelo Tx area I will gladly pay to have it set up for me. HELP......

Mine port forwards through router, had a buddy hack in to my system from his house and set it up good Lick, I love it
