Neptune Apex Web Server issues....

Help,

I have a new Apex system with latest firmware. I also have main unit and gaming adapter on UPS. I only have Display and main unit attached until I learn how to program.

I set up no-ip account and port forwarded. I can access from outside my local network.

*NOW THE Problem*

When first powered up, after the unit initializes and leds turn green I can access the Apex from Web browser, at some point after this (amount of time varies) I loose access to web server but can still Telnet into unit (I get login screen)

Is my unit defective?
 
Firmware? There have been some fixes in the new firmware released mid Feb that fixed some issues with the web server?
 
When you access the controller via your browser, are you using an IP address or a host name like http://apex?

Also, when this happens, is it happening when you're local (same network) as your controller, remote via the web or both?

Hi,

This happens both at home and on an external network. I can not telenet from work, but when I get home, I try the browser, no good, telnet works!!

I will try updating the firmware, it is supposed to have fixed this issue. I will report back when I get a chance
 
Did you find a solution? I appear to have the same issue. The web server will work intermittently...however, even when it isn't working, I am still able to telnet in. I've updated to the latest firmware and updated webpages as well.
 
same issue among others. I can't even figure out the programming. Lights are on but can't control them or even turn them off...I'm dying here
 
Why is Neptune allowed to have a sponsor site on Reef Central if they never reply to anything here?
Neptune pays RC for hosting the forum here as a centralized place for users to help other users. The official Neptune support channels are phone and email.
