Neptune DOS Green Status Light?

Hi there,

I have had the DOS for about a year now and usually the status light for both pumps is either solid orange, or solid blue during operation, but today I noticed one of the pumps has a solid green colour. It seems to be working fine when I manually run the pump, and parameters are normal, as well as everything in Apex Fusion. Has anyone encountered this? I did a google and forum search but could not find anything. The DOS manual says a flashing green light indicates the pump is initializing, but this is a solid green light and pump is initialized and seems fine.
Any insight into this problem? Thanks!

Maybe there's a module update? I have the new 2016 apex and this past weekend when I updated my fmm module it was flashing blue and orange and it turned out I needed to update the apex and the module and it was back to normal

My understanding is that if you turn the dos on without connection to the apex, the green light goes on. Maybe you have a connection issue?

Thanks for getting back to me. I did a firmware update on my Apex but the green light is still on. The DOS seems to be working okay and parameters have not shifted so hoping it means nothing.
