Neptune DoS pump losing prime

Any advise before I send message to Neptune directly. I have 2 DoS pumps, 1 of the 4 is losing prime. I've removed and re-seated the clear tubing and still loses prime. I can actually watch the magnesium go back into the bottle.

Any advise?

No leak in the clear tubing to/from pump head. Not sure if there is a leak in the head tubing itself. I suspect that is where the issue may be.

I had the same problem. You probably need to replace the DOS Pump head cap. I called Neptune and they replaced the cap if you are still under warranty. Its approx $29 online if not.

I spoke with Neptune ( well.. emailed, pictures, evidence, etc.) they replied back the same. They will replace the head.
