I'm definitely putting in tickets for the 12g JBJs...I've wanted one for ages (now Dave, don't get any ideas and put in twice as many tickets...)

I received the raffle donation of the acclimator ($65) the other day,

This tank allows a gradual introduction of your new livestock to your tank's water, it is adjusted by a valve on the outlet side and uses a siphon tube from the tank. Very easy to use and prevents store water from entering your tank because it drains into a bucket below.

It is a neat product. I will open it up this weekend to take pics to post.

how much does each raffle ticket usually cost?

Last year we had $1, $5 and $10 raffles. Usually we have a box in front of each large items. The $1's were prepackaged mix of goods like food/chemicals/gift certificates. The $5's were for item like pumps, lamps, ozone units. The $10's were for chillers, CA reactors, retro's.

Yup, it's done on Sunday afternoon after the last speaker session.
