nerite population explosion

i have TONS of baby nerites all over my tank.
at first i thought the wrasses would get them but it looks like most of them are just being overlooked. anyone had this happen before? i had maybe 100 in my tank, now i will likely have a couple thousand if all of these mature.

those are not nerite eggs, but probably cerith. i have seen those too but never seen any baby cerith snails. im sure they are probably there though too.
