Netting

Hi guys,

I decided to make a top for my tank in anticipation of adding a few wrasses. Does anyone have left over netting or know where I can purchase some 1/4" netting in the Rochester area?

A fabric store like joanne fabrics, or a store of that nature should carry it.

Hey I just remembered I had a big roll of black screen that I used a few yrs ago when re-screening back porch.

It probably has more like 1/16th to 1/8th" squares and appears to be vinyl.

Would this work?

I have some extra screen for a patio door as well, I believe that would stop a significant amount of light. I'm not sure a fabric store would carry netting but I will check

I got mine from BRS. I think that is where most people are getting it from. Dont think there is anything local though.

I got my garden netting at Country Max. I believe it's the 1/2" type and it's black. PM me if interested.
There's another type that's white/clear and 1/4" which is better for smaller aquariums/blocking smaller fishes. I don't have this type.
