Never seen before pest

So I noticed that I have these slugs or worms on my sand and glass. I think they are brown maybe red. I have heard of flat worms before but have never seen them. How do I get rid of them? Don't they chomp on mushrooms? This is how I want to take care of them :hammer::uzi:

Flatworm exit works well be ready for a water change but it is tested.

Well I have eels and a lion fish. Will that wrasse work?

It was housed with 2 eels and I don't think the lionfish would be a problem either

I can't seem to get a good picture of them but if you google image them they show a pic that looks exactly like the ones I have.

If flat worms use flatworm exit. Picture would help us help you

before using flatworm exit I would siphon all the flatworms you could get then use the flat worm exit, also make sure you have fresh carbon ready after you see visible death of the flatworms.

+1 remove as many as you can manually. If you can, use a wrasse or damsel to get rid of them. FWE is last resort IMO... all it does is leave the strong flatworms that are immune to reproduce.
