new 110 setup

im setting up a new reef tank, actually my first reef tank and i have a question, im setting it up with a sump system but i'm not not sure what type of return pump to use and what size to use. the pump will be sending the water up roughly about 5 feet from the sump back into the tank. its a 30 gallon sump and a 110 gallon tank. any other help or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

depends if you want to use an external pump or a submersible. also, how much can your overflow handle?

it would be a submersible pump, but what do you mean how much can y overflow handle? do you mean how many gallons?
