New 12g Nano

I have a new 12g Nano JbJ DX what should I do with the 3 chambers in the back. I have seen how some people mod the second chamber to make a refuge but what about the other two chambers.

I have the same problem, should I put a ref. in the 1st chamber in case some get out and clog the pump. Or would it be ok to make a ref. in the 2nd chamber and return pump in 3rd.

in my first chamber i have 1 sponge that i clean weekly and a bag of chemi-pure.
second chamber has a bunch of live rock rubble on top of the stock pump that is just in there to circulate water over the LR.
third chamber has a MaxiJet 900 for return.

So did you just place the maxi jet on the end of the tube where the stock pump used to be?
