new 2 lps advice

i am new period, but I just purchased a frogspawn and trumpet for my tank and a bubble coral for my in-laws tank. I am aware of lighting flow, temp, salinity, dkH, calcuim, placement etc, but what other advice would you give. both tanks are 55, mine with three 110 vho and one 32 03 pc, the in-laws has 4 110 vhos. thanks tommy I was wondering about best practive for nutrition/ feeding etc. we both have a few softies as well, which are placed at safe distances from the sweepers of the frogspawn and trumpet.

I have a 55 with 440w VHO, mixed softies and LPS.

I target feed the LPS 2x a week with mysis and cyclopeeze. I also run carbon as many feel softies like to engage in chemical warfare.

If you can swap out the 03 PC in your tank for a VHO URI Super Actinic, I think you'll like the colors much better.

A little off topic, but why is cyclopeeze so pricy? Its like 30 bucks for a sheet of it.

I put the pc on so I could sequence the lights on and off, My ballast will accept another 110 if it is needed, I would just have to rewire it and add another socket.
