new 22g cadlight setup help

Going to start the process of moving stuff from my 4gal to a new 22. The 4gal has been up for about 9months to a year. I still feel like I really don't know too much, need to meet some local reefers! Anyway, I haven't got a return pump for the 22 yet since I'm unsure of what to get(brand and gph) any ideas? And I have a mp10 in the 4gal I'm sure will be good enough for the 22..I hope.

skimmer later on?
and info on how to setup the chambers
anything else?
