hey guys,
just got my 230 Giesemann fixture but here was no mounting kit with it. is there supposed to be one? if not do you know how i can get the variable height kit?

I apologize for the inconvenience. There should have been a small clear package in the box with some cables in it, was this not in there at all?

nope, nothing in there. i talked to jay earlier (ordered some liverock) and he wasnt sure what there should have been in there.

Hello Joedelt,

Each giesemann fixture have its own suspension kit included in their package. This kit have the patented height adjustement screw, the steel wire, and the stainless steel ceiling cover.

The only thing we dont supply is the actual hardware to suspend the kit on the ceiling (or should i say off?)

Have you got your warranty card with your fixtutre? Sometime its glued in the bottom of the box. If you cant find it ill get one kit down your place!

no there was no warranty card in the box either.
not a 'huge' issue as i'm not ready to use the light yet, but wanted to be sure that there 'was' supposed to be somthign.
did you get my PM as well?

Yes, I do have received your PM.

I will send you your kit next monday. You should have it by the end of next week. As for the warranty ill take note of the missing warranty card whish will not affect any warranty request if ever there's one!
