New 35L nano

About a month and a half ago I got myself an Aqua one nano reef 35
It has now had live rock added, cycled and I have just added a stombus snail and two banded coral shrimp.

I have however noticed something growing on one of the live rocks and was hoping someone could identify it.

I do have a nano skim 40 for it but not sure if i'm going to hook it up.
I have added poly filter and marine pure to the filtration which you can see in the video below.
I will definitely be replacing the mariglo light with a radion xr15w
