So I'm starting up a new live rock and fish 60 gallon aquarium. I would prefer the tank to be a predatory one and am currently trying to decide on some specific species. These are some of my possible candidates so far (the eel is the only definite):
Snowflake/Zebra Moray Eel
Dwarf/Radiata Lionfish
Painted Frogfish
Scorpion Fish
Some type of Puffer
If you have any other suggestions please let me know. Also if anyone has any suggestions of other fish that would do well in such a set-up, not necessarily predatory. I'm not quite sure on all of the more complex compatibilities regarding the above species so any advice there would be appreciated as well. Considering predatory species tend to create a lot of waste, are there any specific filtration methods you would recommend?
