New 60 Gallon Compatibility Question

So I'm starting up a new live rock and fish 60 gallon aquarium. I would prefer the tank to be a predatory one and am currently trying to decide on some specific species. These are some of my possible candidates so far (the eel is the only definite):

Snowflake/Zebra Moray Eel
Dwarf/Radiata Lionfish
Painted Frogfish
Scorpion Fish
Some type of Puffer

If you have any other suggestions please let me know. Also if anyone has any suggestions of other fish that would do well in such a set-up, not necessarily predatory. I'm not quite sure on all of the more complex compatibilities regarding the above species so any advice there would be appreciated as well. Considering predatory species tend to create a lot of waste, are there any specific filtration methods you would recommend?

SnowFlake Eel and Dwarf Liofish would be a Good Choice used to have a set up like it.Alot of puffers get Big for that size Tank get a Good protein Skimmer.

Yes, I figured most Puffers would end getting too large for a 60 gallon. I might end up doing a 80 gallon, however that would still most likely be too small for a Puffer. I already decided a good protein skimmer is going be a necessity, not sure about what type of filtration I am going to use though. I've decided to get a Zebra moray rather than the Snowflake.

I spoke with an experienced fellow. He said that the Painted Frogfish would go fine with the moray and the lion as long as the lion is substantially larger. His frogfish ate his fuzzy lion and managed to survive.

Any other suggestions for tankmates to the lion and zebra moray would be very appreciated.

So I've given into the obsession and decided to go with an 80 or 100 gallon tank rather than the 60. Now only one major question remains: to sump or not to sump? Space isn't an issue since I'll most likely get a stand with the tank. The zebra moray is the only definite future resident at this point in time. I would very much appreciate your guys' thoughts and opinions on the matter.

Zebra morays can get big, mine is between 3.5 and 4 feet (hard to tell because it rarely comes all the way out). I'd go for the 100 gallon tank, with a sump if possible.

From your list:

Snowflake/Zebra Moray Eel - okay in larger tanks
Dwarf/Radiata Lionfish - okay
Painted Frogfish - no, should be species only
Scorpion Fish - should be okay
Some type of Puffer - if you want an Arothron puffer, go with the smaller species, like a dogface - puffers may not be compatible with lionfish, especially the sharpnose puffers
