New 60 gallon set-up?

I am in the process of setting up a new 60 g FOWLR tank. I needed opinons on a HOB skimmer and filter. I am leaning to a millennium 3 power filter and a prizm skimmer. The tank will house a snowflake eel, niger trigger, bursa triger, undulated trigger, and a white tial trigger. How much lighting is needed? I was looking at Current USA 's 2x 96w pc retrofits. Thanks for any help.

uhhhh...well i am no expert, but I am slowly in the process of making a stocking list for a 300 gallon tank that will be coming next month, and I KNOW that I can't have 4 triggers in that...

there is no way you can have a trigger in a tank that small even alone for his whole life!
