New 6095 noisey

Quiet at 1/4 speed

Anything above just rattles
New from Memorial Day sale from brs

Ideas?

They take a little time to break in.

I would give it a while. The only moving part is the propeller so it is the only possible cause and we can send one if their is no improvement in the next 2 weeks. Typically we see a substantial improvement after 3 days as any small trapped air bubbles are eliminated, after that it wears in and the parts seat and within 2 weeks we expect half the noise.

Mine also rattle a little turns out I didn't secure the brace (or the thing that holds the pump) properly with the blue buttons(??). Make sure they are secured nice and snug.

Sorry If I screwed up the names, I honestly don't know what they are called and I never read the manual.

Yes, anything being loose or direct hard surface contact by the clamp or cord, will result in much more noise. The front housing being loose can also cause noise.
