new 6100 need help

Hi. Roger. I got 2 6100 and 7095. Why my control can't set to 40% only 30% min. i want to set at 40%- 80% interval 2. Thanks

You can set it to 40%, there just is no light for it, if you set the knob half way betweeen where the 30% LED is the only one on and the 50% comes on, you are at 40%.
