New 9 Gallon Nano

I recently got a second job at a fish store here in town and decided to take advantage of my store discount on this Odyssea B9 nano. I set it up last Friday. The ammonia is now down to .25, I've added four hermits and the diatoms are starting to show up. I will be keeping softies and some small gobies, not sure what exactly yet though.

I have a 58 gallon that's been set up for 3 years but I recently moved into an apartment and left it at my parent's house. I go up to do bi-monthly water changes but I still miss it. It's sooo nice having one here to come home to.

Anyone else have this tank? Let me know what y'all think :)

Great start, no heater tho? I was going to ask what temperature you were running. I know someone who set up a B-5 freshwater and he says it runs 80-85 with the light on.

I just got the heater today, a small 50W. I don't have a thermometer but I would say it runs about 80-82 as well. Thanks!

Hey there Emily! It's Brandon. I've been meaning to show you pics of my 5 for a while now so here it is.

It's changed a little since the pic but it's still generally the same. See you tomorrow at work.

Sorry the pictures weren't showing up. Here they are from RC:

I added some snails today since all the params are coming down. Almost ready :)

Hello Brandon! I really like your little open brain. What fish did you say are in there?

There's a small black perc, and temporarily that little lime green wrasse that was at the shop. thanks for the compliment!
