New Acrylic Tank!! price??

How much do you pay for a New acrylic 1/2" thickness tank 200 gallos, with front rounded corners ? ??

U could save money if you buy a glass tank or if you made the acrylic tank your self. Saw cut is cheaper then CNC cut acrylic.

I'm not sure I'd recommend to somebody who's never built a tank to build a 1/2" acrylic 200 gallon tank themselves......

It's not that hard. I made 4 tanks with no experience. 2 of them were 120s. The DIY king has a lot of good videos on how to make a tank.

Shouldn't acrylic tanks be annealed too?

Have you ever made anything out of acrylic? There is no cooling unless your going to bend it which I wouldn't do. all you need is some electrical tape, a few 90s, weld on 40, and an applicator bottle. It bonds together in a few seconds. You let it sit for a day or two then water test it. It was easier to make the tanks out of acrylic then it was to make my fish tank stand. Watch the video.
