New and need some help

this is what I have so far been running for about a month but livestock that came with the tank still waiting on protein skimmer to get here have my lights no ordi unit yet so my first question is..is it to early to do a water change?

Im new also and in my research my local fish store selles rodi water and even sell saltwater ready to go not sure on price but they sell it

what size is the tank?

How much of a WC do you plan on doing?

I would use tap water as a very last resort.

You could go to a LFS for RO/DI water or get distilled water. I believe the purple capped water at wal-mart is distilled. Just my 2 cents good luck
