New bandit angel

Hey guys! ill be getting a 2" bandit angel next week, this will be my ( and last ) second try with this fish

Last time i had a pair that at first they did not eat. One died 1 week in, the second starting eating pellets with gusto, but died a few weeks later.

any advice? maby my diet was not good...

Stick to spir brine and minced pe Mysis...a fresh clam on the half-shell should make them happy...
I avoid feeding dry foods.

Congrats patience is a virtue with these beautiful delicate creatures. Try clams on a half shell, mysid shrimp and live brine shrimp to get them feeding

Any picky eater i do a 2 day hatch of baby brine. This works great for almost any new fish that you are afraid he wont eat.

I have converted leopard wrasses and also sea horses using the method of baby brine then slowly over to target feeding with frozen brine.

I just got a salfin tang to start eating by this method and it took about 48 hours and now she is eating flake and frozen.
