New bicolor anthias with weird stomach issue

I don't even really know how to explain this so in this case a picture is definitely worth a 1000 words. Had the fish for a couple of weeks now and she is eating and pooping just fine from what i can tell, even though there seems to be some kind of "obstruction"? in the area.

Any idea what this is, and if i need to do anything about it?

Try a peeled boiled pea. The pea trick works great for moving things along.
