I have one as well. I love it.

i have 3 peices on one rock but seems like one is dying and the others have not grown at all i have 4 T5 HOs 2 are blue and 2 are 10,000k any ideas?

I feed my sponges 10 times a day with automatic feeders and got a skimmer rated for about 20 times my tank to keep my water quality in check with out having to do water changes every day. Blue sponges do need light but not as much as most corals.
coral snow is a good one to go with for those guys. OH and blast the crud out of the tank with flow to keep them fed and happy.

This is a very interesting observation.. it might be a way to sustain sponges in our tank.

very nice piece, its really hit or miss with sponges. if you touch them to hard or move them to rough they will eventually die.

Jeez guy get a clue before you just go out and purchase a LIVING ANIMAL on a whim based off its looks & coloration ... Ruins our hobby !

... To Cody's defense.. He was asking what it was.... He didn't purchase the sponge.. Whats wrong with him inquring?
Aside from that... I think that sponge is absolutely beautiful!! Makes me want to find & add one into the seahorse tank!!
