Since it's bleached going straight to high light will be very traumatic to it. You need to slowly acclimate it so that it can produce the zooanthelle (spelling?) to make food.
What I do sometimes when my bta is expelling waste is pull the water a couple inches above the bta with my hand so that the resulting water surge takes the waste away.
