New BTA?

Just purchased a nice little BTA. He is kind of a redish green color. Knock on wood but he actually anchored right where I put him. Been in my tank for two days. I have a 28G Nanocube with the 105W quad light.

My qusetion is what do you guys feed and how often?

Anything meaty. Krill is a good size. I actually dont feed my standards anymore, the clowns do a little. They split enough on me already.

I do feed my rose about once a week.Fresh shrimp chunks.
