I've had this BTA for about two weeks now.. The first night I have it he hides in the center of my 150lbs of rock.. He's been driving me crazy, then when he finally comes out he'll have a two inch rock in the middle of him that he's wrapped around, and when i move the rock he goes straight back into hiding, where is the best spot in a tank for BTA's? He's not losing any color, he's changing colors if anything.. he's gained MANY more tentacles, almost doubled his size these past two weeks.. help would be most appreciated!

I know this is no help, but the best place is probably the one the nem chooses 
These usually choose a spot based on a combination of protection (foot in the rocks, and space to pull into the rocks), flow, and lighting. Usually they move around until they find a spot that it likes.
My advice (I had to do this with mine too) is to leave it alone. It may take a few weeks, but it should come out further as it gets used to the conditions in your tank.
