Hey guys,

As you know my original plan for the 93 gallon was crushed by space in my new condo, but instead of hanging it up I just downsized. My new setup is a cad lights artesian II 50g long, 36x18x18. Here's a sneak peek of some of the stuff and the tank

I bought it used, however the guy used it for less than three months, everything is basically brand new with receipts!

You may have stepped down in size, but definitely not quality! Can't wait to watch this one progress

Thanks guys! Looking forward to this one, I think I may sell the radion pro and buy a pacific sun led/t5 hybrid

What about building your own led/t-5 hybrid in a floating canopy using the radion? I'm going to attempt that. Hopefully when I get home there will e a package from BRS with my LET lighting t5 retrofit kit!

I am not fond of the floating canopy otherwise I would've been down to do that

Some updates, just went ahead and used the radion for lighting, as I would like a pacific sun lighting fixture I would rather save time and just use the radion, not to mention save money!

Sand is in, rocks should be dry maybe even as early as tonight.

As for the radion having enough coverage. I got the wide angle lens kit on the way, it says it reduces the depth that the radion can go but increase the spread, since I'm only going through 18" of water I will be fine :)

I like the concept (two mountains in my tank too!) but I do have some suggestions.

It looks like it's against the back of the tank. This is a flow killer. You might try less rock to create a more open structure.

Making one mountain significantly smaller will give more visual interest. Our eyes love unbalanced/asymmetrical things.

Size and distance is hard to see from a picture. Try to visualize the rock with grown corals. Could you get to the glass to clean it?

Beautiful tank and stand, BTW.

Thanks for the suggestions! It's actually about 2" off the back glass, and I like your idea of making one mountain smaller! I'm going to try that!
