New chromis- new tank

My tank is about 3-4 weeks old and its about done cycling i believe. So today at the lfs i got 3 green chromies and 2 blue chromies. They were all doing fine after i acclimated and released. But just now, as i was getting ready for bed, i had my light off and turned it back on to check and all 3 of the green chromies were hiding behind my overflow box and a few of them seemed to have white blotches appearing on their bodies. Could this be a disease? Or could it just be stress? How can i treat this if it needs to be treated?

On a different note...one of the blue chromies is a meanie. After release he just sat behind a rock and chased off any of the others that came near him. I found this interesting because for tiny little fish these chromies have quite the personality!

Thanks for any feeback

Needless to say i would not be able to get any quality pics of it. But the blotches are about a few mms big and the are on their sides like a little at the top fin. I have no idea what my perams are. Getting my water tested at my lfs tomorrow. So well go from there.
