new cleaner shrimp

Recently one of my cleaner shrimps died. One is left. I decided to get another one. i got a small one. Right now its in the qt, and will be in there for maybe a week or less. But I am worried that my old cleaner shrimp will kill the little one. I never thought about it till now,because they are very peaceful. Has this happened before, and if so, how to avoid it?

Ours was fine when we added a smaller one.

I have heard that as long you dont have more than 2 it will pair up easily.
