New cleaner shrimp

Bought a cleaner shrimp Friday(a very large shrimp), acclimated him for 2 hours, everything went fine. He's a 60 gallon with corals, LR, 2 damsels, 1 jawfish. He molted overnight but is still hiding out behind the rock all day yesterday and today and hasn't ventured out yet. He looks fine, feelers are twitching, etc. I've heard they sometimes hide while waiting for their shell to harden?

Yup. Give him a while both to harden and to get comfortable in your tank. Also some cleaners hide during the day & come out at night.
