I finally finished upgrading my tank to one that can house an anemone. I stopped by my lfs to see what was in stock and they had just gotten a local shipment of black false perc babies. I couldn't resist and had to pick two up.
So I looked around for a home for them, but all they had in stock were bta's so I passed. I didn't want to get one that climbs all over my rockwork and kills my sps. I stopped by another shop on my way home to see what they had. They had a really nice anemone that they classified as a long tentacle. It's a pale blue/grey color with green tips. It seemed very healthy, it stung my non stop as I transferred it into my tank. Here are a few shots with just the actinics on (probably won't have my halide on for a day or two). By the way, can anyone give me a more accurate name than just long tentacle?
