New controller and little problem

I just got my new controller and my rebiuld pump from IC. They change magnet and shaft , i think..Also magnet on dry side..
Now i connect everything , install pump in my tank( 18mm glass).I feel connection between dry and wet parts pretty good,like i use to have before. I set pump on regular mode with min. speed.
Soon as power up, pump start stalling and wet side falls off.
I spend last two hours trying to figure out whats up..
I need help here guys...
