New coral beauty is rubbing against rocks.

My coral beauty I just bought yesterday is rubbing one of his eyes against the rocks. It is not it's whole body, but just one of his eyes. He has been also swimming erratically every so often. What is up? Is ich? Is it early stages of pop-eye? All I know is that this morning there was a little tiny micro-bubble next to his right eye. When I got home from work it was gone and he was rubbing his eye againsts the rocks. On top of that my cleaner shrimp is cleaning his gills out as he does with all the fish. Will whatever he has spread to the other fish this way?

I have a juvi emperor in qt that started scratching his gill area, eventually developing a cloudy eye. I did a fresh water dip and a bunch of flukes come out/off the fish. I eventually came across the above thread and the picture confirmed what I was dealing with.
