New Coral Pic

After the Purple Death, it's been pretty much down hill with these named Zoanthids.

I got hooked up with the Tri-Color clove and Blue paly from http://www.trieu-exotics.com/ . The blue became a victim of my cleaner shrimp so I don't have them no more. I really love the color of the tri-color clove. Super Bright green.

If the solid orange paly had a green mouth, I would be rich. well in coral terms. .

The clove is shooting out 5 additional babies already. I've been wanting one since I first saw them at YourReef. The green is very bright too.

Thank you. It's mostly have to do with my lighting (14k 150w Phoenix) and the way I take the picture. Most of the corals are almost dead on except for the orange paly. The orange paly is more orange then red.

Once you get your tubs blue going, you should have great trading power.

My TBZs are doing pretty good. I think it will be a little while still, before I can frag them.

Dude those pics dont do your corals justice. Those clove polyps are sick in person, and the orange palys are super bright. Nice pics though.

Barb, they look like they grew a lot since your last picture. I'm hoping mine will grow over the mound that I made for it. I want the tubs to be the center piece of my tank.

I accidentally frag the clove last night. Now i got two clove with each one shoot out new babies. YAY. They grow pretty quick considering I only had them for less then a couple of weeks.

The cloves are pretty, and if Brian says they look "sick" in person... they must really be awesome. Will we get to see your setup on the Stockton tank tour this month?
I haven't heard anything about it, but I assume it is still on.

Nobody has really expressed interest in a tank tour and with the BOD being short on help, it's likely not going to happen unless a club member organizes it.

Tank tours are not part of our normal meetings, they are something 'extra' that we try to fit into off months as time allows...

I think they only expel their water because they were being fragged. When I got them home, I super glued them to the rock and they came out fine.

The green paly made it. I actually have a frag of them already. It looks very bright green in you tank.
