New Coral Suggestions

Hello all...

I have a 10g nano tank that has some zoas, button pollups, a frogspawn and some silver xenia...my wife loves how the xenia waves around and pulses...she would like me to get some more corals for this tank...

Here's the kicker though...she wants me to get more corals that are like the xenia...I don't want to have a 10g tank that is totally full of just xenia, but I do have to lean towards my wife's desires since the tank is in our bedroom...

So, what would people suggest for other corals that sway in the current, pulse, etc...I would like to get some more corals in there so the tank doesn't look bare but I also want the wife's approval before I go spend more money... :D

i have encrusting star polyps, grows like nuts and the polyps are longer than reg. star polyps. they adhere to anything quickly and spread like nuts, i have a wavemaker that sways them back and forth looks sooo nice!

Gonipora looks a bit like xenia...and there are two types of xenia...you probably have "red sea" xenia since it's silver...try the "regular" xenia...it has brown in it...and it's polyps are a bit different. Glove polyps also look a bit like it...and has some different color forms too.

I will look in to the star polups...I've considered those in the past...

As for the xenia, it is indeed silver branch pumping xenia as seen here on liveaquaria.com website ...as for another type of xenia, I'm actually looking at and considering Super Blue African Xenia if I can get my hands on some...like are seen in the middle of this page. As for cloves, I heard that they don't do well during shipping so unless I have someone local to me that has some and can frag them I think I will stay away from them...

Anyone else have any suggestions?
