well i just ordered some peices from my local plexiglass store because i need to make a new nano cube tank /w build in overflows and sump/fuge ... my old one got scratched up pretty bad when i moved. all the peices to make the tank with the glue and applicator is gunna cost about 60$. here are the peices i ordered and the sizes along with the little plan i went to show the people at the plexiglass place with.

127600tank1.JPG

A) 1 Tank front- 20"Tx12"W
B) 1 Cube bottom- 12"Wx12"L
C) 2 Tank sides- 20"Tx17"L( 1- 4"x14" rectangle cut out of both to make the "L"shape of the sides)
D) 1 Fuge/sump bottom 16 3/4"Lx12"W
E) 1 Fuge back 6"Tx12"W
F) 1 Overflow 12 3/4"Tx12"W(with slats cut in for surface straining)

Equipment list so far:
Lighting-2 coral life 20W 50/50
Pump-Eheim Universal 1048 Water Pump
Flow-30" of Modular piping,2 1/2" threaded to modular converters, 1 1/2" modular Y, and 2 modular flat flares.
Heat-25 watt visitherm submersible heater

if anyone can suggest anything i might have over looked, or a good little sump pump for me that would be much appreciated, i need it to give me lows fo flow with about 14" of head loss striaght up and a few bends with modular pipe. if it is a brand that easily attaches to modular pipe that would be an added bounus. im thinking aobut having 2 flare jets to direct the flow.

yup... should be sometime today, i called the plexi shop everything is cut to size, i just needed to remind them some of the rectangles needed to be cut into an "L" shape. hopefull i can coax my digital camera into wokring properly if not they might be webcam shots :p

well heres the first pic, sorry about the quality it seems no amount of coaxing will get my digital camera working, i got everything for the tank today heres a pic of some of the peices with the protective plastic on them along with the glue and applicator. (note: "L" blocks not pictured, i was to eger and took the protective film off them and now thier impossible to take a picture of now because they are see through)
